CARRIER CHAIN IS NOT IN POSITION FOR DROP

A request has been made for the Sub-Frame Drop ChangeOver motor to move to a lower height position.  This move can not occur if the Servo 
Carrier Chain is not parked in the correct location.  An invalid Servo Carrier Chain position will create a collision scenario for lugs when the Sub-Frame Drop motor begins its move.
